Hawk Distribution Services LLC is celebrating its 25th year of providing real estate brokerage services for refrigerated warehouse buildings . Hawk Distribution Services, LLC offers  Refrigerated Buildings for sale or for lease that have freezer or cooler warehouse space, and buildings where refrigerated foods or processed foods are manufactured. Also real estate brokerage services for existing refrigerated building either for food processing plants or refrigerated distribution buildings. Hawk Distribution Services has worked with such companies as AmeriCold Logistics, Christian Salvenson, Dreyers Ice Cream, and John Morrell and Company. Hawk currently provides Leasing-Marketing management services for temperature controlled and refrigerated real estate complexes throughout the Midwest totaling 1,500,000 square feet. Jim Cronin established the refrigerated building real estate brokerage company in February, 1987. Originally providing brokerage services in the Metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri area, then in 2006 started a second operation for the Metropolitan Kansas City , Missouri area.
